Hamburgers and Friends

Last week I went to Boom Burger. Then I wrote about it. My school-friends all had questions about Boom Burger. I did my best to answer them.

Now I am writing about Boom Burger again.

Why?

Because three days later I went to Boom Burger again this time with a big group of friends. We basically ordered everything off the menu. It was delicious. I’ve got the pictures to prove it. Check out the veggie burger option it is a couple of slices of egg plant and a round of breaded goat cheese.

The second time around I went for the cheddar cheese burger and onion rings. I had the burger cooked medium well and I was much, much happier with this burger than the medium burger that I had the previous visit. Then I shared desserts with friends–the apricot cheese cake and the chocolate lava cake. Oh and I had a sip of a really tasty milkshake.

Now I might be on a little bit of a hamburger diet. Two hamburgers in a week is twice as many hamburgers as I normally eat. But the buzz at school hasn’t died and it sounds like there are plans being made for a Thursday night hamburger adventure.

I think my friend H. summed it up best. When she was asked by the waitress, how was it? H. said: I am the happiest American in the world right now. Then H. went on to look at everyone at the table in a very serious way she said: I’ll be back next week. We cannot let this place die like the  Taqueria did.

On this note, get yourself to Boom Burger. You won’t regret it. Not for a minute.

No way! If we’d stayed a bit longer that day, we would’ve seen you. Not that you’d know us, of course, but we’d have recognized you from your blog pictures. Why am I so sure? Because I remember seeing the two ladies on the left on our way out of the place. Well, Sofia is obviously not that big :)
By the way, I also think the burgers are amazing! And much like your friends, I still can’t get over the Taqueria, so I really really hope this place will be around forever.
